Lincoln Property Company (“LPC”) recently unveiled its new global headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Part of the company’s new growth and succession plan, the move places LPC in the office tower at 8111 Douglas Ave. — a 13-story office tower completed this year under LPC development leadership.

The building encompasses nearly 233,000 square feet of northwest Dallas office space and is part of a two-tower, mixed-use project. According to CommercialEdge research data, 8111 Douglas is subject to a 99-year, unsubordinated, net ground lease held by Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church. The agreement is currently set to expire in the year 2117.

In addition to roughly 225,000 square feet of rentable office space, the mid-rise building also includes about 7,800 square feet of retail space. Amenities include: a ground-floor park; indoor and outdoor fitness facilities; pickleball and bocce ball courts; a putting green; and a penthouse meeting space with panoramic city views.

The other 13-story tower in the mixed-use Dallas development is a residential property that includes nearly 130 luxury apartments averaging 1,400 square feet.

David Binswanger and Clay Duvall — co-CEOs marking the new generation of executive leadership appointed to the head of LPC earlier this year — reportedly spearheaded the move and the company’s new growth strategy.
