Tennessee-based The Hollingsworth Companies recently announced the addition of a new tenant at its business park in Loudon, Tenn.: Leading porcelain tile manufacturer Crossville, Inc. signed a lease for the first building developed on the site.

Located at 3025 Huntington Park Road, the campus is slated to eventually incorporate 1 million square feet of eastern Tennessee industrial space; accommodate industrial projects ranging from 130,000 to 500,000 square feet; and become one of the most competitive locations in the southeastern United States.

Conveniently located roughly 30 miles from downtown Knoxville, Tenn., and about three hours from Nashville, Tenn., and Atlanta, the park offers great regional connectivity through quick access to interstates 75 and 40. And, with more than 10 universities and colleges within a 50-mile radius, businesses here also benefit from a valuable combination of an educated talent pool and an abundance of quality-of-life amenities.

Meanwhile, facility features include 32-foot clear heights; 60-foot by 60-foot column spacing; ESFR fire protection; LED lighting; and 30,000-pound, pit-style levelers with adjustable dock packages to meet the customer’s exact specifications.

Crossville, in particular, will be occupying a facility totaling roughly 130,450 square feet, which will serve as a distribution hub for the company’s various product lines of porcelain stone, glass, and natural stone tile for interior and exterior use in residential and commercial properties.
