The beautifully restored building at 456 Ellis Street was built in 1913 and renovated in 2006. Known as the Klimm Apartments, the mixed-use, 29,987 square foot residential building has two rentable commercial units on the ground floor. The 7-story building is located in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district.
