We are a Brand Strategy & Design Firm looking to share our 3,000 square foot office space in the Ironworks building located in Jack London Square, Oakland. The large second floor loft space of our office is available (roughly 1,082 square feet ) and set up ready to go with 10 modular desk spaces, chairs, comfortable lounge couch + coffee table, cork board walls, (available unfurnished as well). Our team occupies the lower level of the suite. The loft space also shares access to the conference room and 2 individual offices for private calls based on availability. Other shared common space includes kitchenette with dishwasher and full size refrigerator. 24/7 coded building access and ADT alarm system secures the space. Must provide own Wi-Fi and office supplies. Free gated onsite parking lot in back of the building. Steps from the Jack London Square Ferry, close to downtown Oakland and 15 min walk to BART. Either sublet or sign own lease with our property management company. ~$4000/month ($400/desk) + 1 month security deposit. 1 year sublease minimum. Prices listed are for the space as a whole (so total of $4k for all listed areas)
