Stream is developing a two-phased office project totaling 304,000 SF on 18.3 acres fronting LBJ Freeway. The development will possess the key project features outlined below:

Superior Efficiency Column Efficiency – Connection Park does not have any exterior columns, resulting in superior view corridors. Additionally, with a multi-tenant corridor in place, Connection Park will only have five exposed columns. On average, we find our 40,000 SF floor plate is more efficient by six to nine offices/cubes per floor.
