There is also the high quality Zoly's delicatessen, a four-tier parking garage that has 700 parking spaces (525 are covered); $25 plus tax per month for unreserved and $50 plus tax per month for reserved parking spaces; a landscaped courtyard with a soffit cover that connects the parking garage to the office tower, an ATM, and an Energy Management System.
