The Tivoli Center is a Four (4) story Brick & Stone Building completed in 1889 and completely renovated and modernized in 1986 and again in 2002. The Victorian commercial style building with a strong Richardsonian Romanesque influence is the best example of cut stone facade in Chattanooga. Typical floor plates range from approx. 10,200 to 11,600 Rentable Sq.ft. Restrooms are located in the central core area near the elevators (two passengers and one frieght) on every floor.
The Building also has a Common / Shared Conference Room on the 2nd Floor that has Tables & Chairs for 30 people. Room is equipped with a overhead Projector and Screen for Powerpoint & Video Presentations.
