Rent at 7 West 34th Street and enjoy this impressive, limestone-clad, Italian-Renaissance-style building which is a major showroom facility for the tabletop gift industry. The building, known as the New York Gift Mart, was formerly an office building whose major tenants included Fairchild Publications and before that it was Ohrbach's Department Store. The building, which was erected in 1901 and has a large cornice, has about 450,000 square feet of space with about 300 suites on 12 floors. It was renovated by the architectural firm of Fox & Fowle in 1989.

7 West 34th Street is a one-story rusticated limestone base with a two-story high arched entrance leading to a large lobby with marble walls. Its elevators are located on the perimeter as opposed to the core and therefore create a "racetrack" floor plan for easy navigation.
