About Brooklyn Army Terminal

Two immense eight-story buildings make up the 97-acre complex known as Brooklyn Army Terminal, which is located at 140 58th Street in the Brooklyn borough of New York City. Often known as BAT, this former Army terminal served as the largest military supply base in the U.S. through WWII. Currently it is a commercial/industrial complex with tenants from a wide variety of industries. The two buildings together offer 4.1 million square feet of commercial office and light industrial space for rent.

Individual office space availability varies from 4,500 square feet to 39,000 square feet, with the possibility of combining floor plates to a maximum of 200,000 square feet.
