The current Liberty Tax suite will be downsized to create an 1100 +/- square foot space which would consist of a showroom area, an office/storage room area and one restroom. The suite would be ideal for a retail store or office. The owner will divide the space for the tenant which would take approximately forty-five (45)days from signing the lease. The owner shall be constructing a new building to the west of the existing center Fall 2013.
