Former Bank building built in 1974 by world famous architect Paul Kennon. He is also responsible for 3 other projects in the Columbus area: Fodrea School, The Indiana Bell/At & t building, and the street scape beautification downtown. He also helped design Dulles International Airport in Washington, DC and helped finish the North Christian Church project in Columbus.
This building has been well maintained throughout. It is now being used as office space and the interior has recently been upgraded as well as the exterior. The building still has a very elaborate vault. The drive-thru lanes have been removed and the parking lot has been freshly repaved, sealed and striped. The landscape has been kept up and maintained as well.
