Navy Pier was originally developed to be for the people of Chicago. Whether those people were coming to experience the City as a tourist or those people that called Chicago home, Navy Pier is a shopping, dining, and entertainment destination for everyone. To honor Navy Pier’s upcoming centennial in 2016, three sections of the Pier will be re-imagined, re-branded, and re-configured in order to grow attendance and better connect Navy Pier to Chicago.

This re-development will provide all visitors with a new and exciting Chicago-oriented experience unlike anywhere else in the City. The three sections that will be re-developed are the Family Pavilion, South Arcade, and the pre-function spaces adjacent to Festival Hall. Upon completion, this project will breathe new life into one of Chicago’s most iconic pieces of history.
