Our Story

Our story starts not unlike most business stories, in search of cutting costs and making money.  In 2010, our very own Scott Gramling, CEO of Wallace, Welch, and Willingham, set out to find a solution to the energy costs in the building.  Eventually, Scott decided on a solution that reduced energy costs through a combination of technologies including a solar electric system, improved ventilation, and tinted window film.  

Our story may have started in search of cost-savings, but something happened along the way.  We realized that although the cost-savings are nice, that the true reward was knowing that our actions have a true impact on our tomorrow.  That's why we haven't stopped there - we've changed the way we do everything from energy consumption to janitorial solutions.
