“Pier 44” is an active, full service marina on the St. John’s River. The site is 12.3 acres with marina and includes a 21.75 acre island in the St. Johns River. Access: The property may be accessed from State Road 44, also known as W. New York Ave. It is west of Interstate 4. It is easily accessible and centrally located a short boat ride away from Blue Springs State Park, Hontoon Island and Silverglen Springs.
