BABY BOOMERS – There are 10,000 baby boomers reaching age 65 each and every day, and that will continue for the next 17 years. It is estimated that in order to accommodate those in the 55+ age group, by the end of 2013, an additional 25 million square feet of space is needed. In 2009 Medical Office sales were $1.8 billion dollars. In 2010 that number rose to $3.9 billion dollars.
