Located at 1638 R St., NW, DCBI provides the following: Shared Office: $295+ (also available on an hourly basis), Private Office Space ($1495/month) Shared amenities include full bathroom, and kitchenette. Tenants also enjoy access to our private conference room, available at an hourly or daily rate.
Also available, a separate street-level retail space. The space is currently occupied by an eyeglass shop but would work for many uses, such as a dental office. The space includes a showroom, an examination room, a store room and a powder room. It has never been configured for restaurant use.
Our building is located near the DuPont Circle Metro stop (Red Line), and the S1/S2/S4 Bus lines.
Limited street parking may be available for up to two hours (zone 2), or guests can elect to park at one of the nearby paid parking garages.
