History
A pre-fire Telephone Company building by A.A. Cantin, who would later  collaborate with Miller and Pflueger on the famous New Montgomery Street Telephone Building in 1925 [140 New Montgomery]. This building was relatively unharmed by the earthquake and fire of 1906 due to extensive fireproofing including a concrete clad steel skeleton and rolling steel shutters over wire glass in metal frames. The handsome brick and terra cotta design on the front fa├žade is in a three part composition with Renaissance ornamentation.

The building is fully secured with keycard access and a lobby guard on-site during normal business hours. Fiber connectivity and dedicated lower level storage available to all Tenants.
