Creative exposed ceiling room, outdoor signage available, two operable windows overlooking Broadway street, super security of being an office within our office, great opportunity of having outdoor signage on a prime Santa Monica street, with only a small second floor office required, outdoor sign goes above retail glass doors on the first floor, office is private, with your own key; but you enter from our office first, and go past some of our people, you get two of the air conditioning vents, but we like to keep the windows open most of the year and just use fans, no smoking or smokers, main room is 600 sqft with open ceilingsand your office goes inside this, you can put a small sign in the hallway that goes upstairs, and on our office door on the second floor, since your office is inside our office, office space can include cable web if you want to use ours (TWC 15 meg down, 1.5 meg up), or you can have your own internet installed, you can also of course use your own cell/voip/computer/web, we have some overflow workstations you can rent as needed if you need more seats; these workstations would be outside of your private office, you can use our older printers and fax too, or just set up your own in your new office, office and parking is open from Monday to Saturday at 7am to 7pm, office and parking is closed on Sunday, if you want to put your name on our oversize mailbox downstairs, then we will get the mail and deliver it to your office and packages too, you can have one of the small mailboxes downstairs with a key, and get the mail yourself, if you need to meet people, you can bring them to your office, or meet them at the next door cafes, you share our bathroom, kitchen area, fridge/freezer, sink, coffee machine, water cooler, microwave and toaster oven, all utilities are included, except your own internet if you decide to not use ours, parking is not included because most people bike or walk, but two spots are available in the back of the building for $300 each per month, you install the office wall and any special things inside the office, we have a longtime good handyman who can install the wall for a really good price, and you get two of the air conditioning vents, but we like to keep the windows open most of the year and just use fans
