(C) Conditional uses. (1) Private service clubs, social organizations, and lodge halls; (2) Funeral homes; (3) Multiple-family housing and/or apartment dwelling second floor and above; (4) Veterinary offices and hospitals, including accessory boarding, provided no outdoor exercise runs or pens are permitted; and (5) Bed and breakfast establishments subject to the provisions of § 151.084.
