Lafayette Logistics Park is a Class “A” industrial development located in LaGrange, Georgia and is strategically located between the West Georgia Inland Port site and KIA’s production facility with direct access to I-85.This project will be completed in two phases, with the first phase delivering Q1 2025. Phase I is comprised of four Class “A” industrial facilities ranging from 187,000 – 270,000 SF. Phase II will commence upon substantial completion of Phase I and will deliver a 700,000 SF Class “A” cross-dock facility. Prior to 1/1/2024, this site can deliver a build-to-suit facility up to 2.0 million SF.
