Fairly quiet street that contains residences, a small bar and an ice-cream shop. Our office is usually quiet unless there are occasional meetings, collaboration or phone calls. The entire building has the open floor plan concept for the most part so we are looking to share our space with someone that operates similar and is accustomed to this atmosphere.
