This space is a 135 square foot office with a closet and several windows located on the third floor (the former attic of the building). The office is quiet, with only one other tenant on the floor. The space is located up a flight of stairs. While almost all other parts of the building are fully accessible by persons with disabilities, this space is not. 

Monthly fee includes an allowance for proportion of common space (total 175 square feet), applicable property taxes plus all utilities except telecom and Internet access. Internet access may be purchased from Owner for $50 / month or tenant may make their own arrangements. Nonprofit organizations exempt from paying DC property taxes will receive a discount. Tenant may use Owner’s conference spaces once per month for up to four hours at no additional charge.

Available for move in on 12/1/23 or earlier by mutual agreement with current tenant.

Office is rented unfurnished, but access to communal kitchenette is also included.

Leases are flexible, with month to month terms. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
