You can have your business and home on the same property. This property is zoned B1 by the Town of Summerdale, which means that what is built must first be for commercial use, but it also has the option to include a residential component in a second story. For example, it can have a store-front business, professional office. You can even do a bed-and-breakfast inn so it will look more like a home. This will allow for the owner (or tenant) to go back to the way a lot of downtowns were developed when the business owners lived above or behind their businesses.
