In 2004, GWLRA completed Phase I of an 800,000 square foot office development comprised of a nineteen story, 387,000 square foot office tower at 269 Laurier Avenue West. Phase II of the development plans for a twenty (20) storey, 398,000 square foot Class A tower to encompass the eastern portion of the site with a magnificent grade level urban plaza spanning the northern elevation. Included in the project is the replacement of the plaza surface and the parking areas and construction in their place of a significant public space fronting 170 Slater Street.
