Since joining Colliers International’s Silicon Valley office in 2006 after the private equity sale of previous company, Nick has focused his business practice on helping clients build their real estate strategies around an anticipation of explosive growth. As an integral member of Colliers’ award-winning team of real estate professionals with intimate knowledge of the local, regional and global leasing markets, Nick brings an in-depth understanding of the interaction between global growth and real estate strategy.
